I boiled my chicken and cut it into pieces. It tasted great. I also made tator tots and corm and mmm it was good. When I had the leftovers I crumbled the tator tots into the cassarole and that made it GREAT!!!
Recipe..
I jar of Chesse Whiz
Can of Cream of Mushroom
1 1/2 C cooked instant rice
1 lb cooked frozen brocolli

Mix together in cassarole dish and put lid on and in oven it goes on 350 for 30 minutes. I recommend mixing a few times but not the last 10 minutes.

If you add chicken cut into 1/2 pieces and boil on stove until just cooked, and not over cooked. Put it in and follow same directions....

that sounds so good. Cook the chicken til its white and then add it to with the other ingredients. Dont over cook the chicken tho or it will be really tough.

You can cook them whole, bone-in, in the mushroom soup, water and rice (assuming the rice isn't cooked yet). You need a 1 1/2 cups of water to each cup of rice. Should take 35-40 mins for the whole lot to cook, add the frozen broccoli with 10 mins cooking time left. Not sure what to do with the Velveeta. If you had real cheese you could grate some and sprinkle over the finished rice and chicken dish. Good luck.

The easiest way to make sure is to cook the chicken separate. Cut it up (I'd use the white meat only) and fold it in with your cheesy rice. You can't loose that way. If your its left over chicken all the easier.
The addition of this chicken will give it a little more body and texture. You might consider some diced chives on the top for a nice bright color and additional flavor. A little onion never hurts anything.

Sure! Cube the chicken, season it with a little salt and pepper, saute it in a bit of butter or olive oil and mix it in the hot cheezy rice.

of course! you could pan fry it, or do what i do. i put salt, pepper, and garlic powder on it, then put it in a small pryrex baking dish. pop it in the oven at 350 degrees and cook about 25 minutes, or until the juices run clear. this is what i do for recipes that call for cooked chicken. it turns out moist and flavorful. i've never had it dry out.

You could grill up the chicken and mix it all together, it would be easy and probably pretty tasty.

Sure just cut it up and stir-fry it with your regular spices and then add it to your rice.
