i have a mac and I love the scroll zoom feature, is there an application i can use for windows that does the same thing.

Hold down on ctrl button on keyboard and use the wheel on your mouse to zoom in or out

Scroll Zoom only works when the shift key is held down while scrolling

You can try changing the resolution of the display by going to display properties (or right-clicking at the desktop) then settings..and changing the resolution there. Or you can hold the control key down while using your scroll wheel. You would have to do this after every page though.

You mean to enlarge the text size etc onscreen ?
press control and scroll the mouse
