Well, you can have any color... you can have black chair covers with a cranberry sash and a white decoration.. example a white flower, clip... etc... and your table can be a white long table cover, with a smaller black table cover and cranberry napkins...
hope it gave you an idea :)

ok for tables I would have white table cloths with a black or cranberry overlay. Not all the same, some with black some with cranberry. Have the chairs with white covers, the tables with black have the cranberry ties the tables with cranberry overlay have the black ties. To much black and cranberry with no white may take away from everything else you have going on.

White with cranberry. Black is very dark for a fall wedding. You can do a white table linen with cranberry napkins or a cranberry overlay and white napkins. I would avoid the black though.

Hi Miss: Hey I am a guy with virtually no color sense. But there is one thing I do know. The bride is the BOSS.
Honestly. If the bride shows up in overalls then everyone not wearing overalls is wrong. I know, that sounds simple but it really is. The wedding day is the bride's big day and what ever she wants is law. And the guy you are marrying has two jobs. 1. is to make ABSOLUTELY certain that your wish are carried out. 2. Give you someone to talk to at the alter.
I have been married for 37 years now to the same woman. My attitude must be good for something. We're still waiting to see if it works. My Dad said the first 40 were the hardest. He was married for 54 years when he died and my in-laws almost 60 when the first one died.
And, if it is worth anything at all, I sort of like the black. I wouldn't use it as a main color unless I had something very bright to offset the hole black seems to make. But really, black satin, silk or polished cotton. Man black with a shine, how cool is that???
Good luck and be ready to give 100% to the marriage. If you and the guy both give 100% and expect less than 10% in return you've got a very good chance of making it.

I would use white linens and napkins on tables. Use some flower petals in the cranberry color for a splash of color on tables.

I would go with cream and cranberry. Cream table cloths with a cranberry runnner or if you could find it a gossamer overlay. Cream napkins tied with a cranberry overlay. Maybe introduce a touch of rust in the mix and you would have one stunning table. centerpieces could be cream pottery holding cranberry and rust colored flowers and berries.

rethink the black. it is very stark to have at a wedding. if you really want black though, go the opposite way. have it all in cranberry and black sashes. cran chair covers, white sashes, white linens, cran china (if you can) if not white, white napkins, cran napkin rings. skip the black.

These colors are very popular this fall. I had a planner/bride bring swatches in these colors and the linens they picked were an iridescent deep antique gold pin-tucked fabric, like a taffeta...very rich and elegant. Keep the brown minimal such as the napkins or chargers since you will have brown chairs. Ivory chair cushion pads would be very nice. Anyway, love the colors! :-)
