Loose tummy without dieting!
The "tummy", that is FAT, because of too much carbonhydrate (e.g.: starches, single sugar ) during in-take but not enough body exercise to burn the calories. Excess single sugar will then transform into solid form, like fat.
Without diet and exercise, the only way will be looking into nature vitamin to help reduce body fat and support lean muscle retention, e.g. carbonhydrate blocker.

You can do pull up that very good for flattening the tummy.
Don't know how to do pull up?
Get somebody to hold your legs together or put both feet under something quite heavy so that the force of your feet wont lift it.
Lay flat on your back, put your hands behind your neck, ready? now pull yourself from head to shoulders towards your knees, don't bend your knees, keep them straight for effectiveness.

or stand upright, feet together do the same as above, remember in both cases don't do any jerky movements.

Or buy expensive gym equipment

All, I have to say is exercise, cut back on some food. My cousin runs or rides his bike everyday for at least 2 miles. Or you can try a fitness center near you. Maybe like a 24hr fitness.
