I just got my new tiger tattoo on my right chest area, it symbol that i was born in year of tiger.. I kept it clean and put vasiline lotion, but one problem that is how can i keep from my clothes sticking on my tattoo, and it stain on my clothes. I have curve and karate pratices in this week so what do you recommend to protect my new tattoo? I can't stay home, i have to go to karate practice in this week because im require to go 3 or more time per week. At home I been wearing tank top and tube top but Im not allow to do that at curve and karate. That why I ask what do you recommed about it?

first.. i was always told to use non fragrant lotion like Curel to keep it moisturized.. and second you can always use a gauze to cover it up while you are at practice.

First of all dont use vaseline!
You should have received aftercare instructions.
A&D ointment twice daily, but not so much that there's a glare over it. After three days, you can then put Lubriderm lotion on it about 3-4 times a day.
I would say ONLY for your practice time, take the A&D put a thin layer on, cover it with a thin piece of gauze right before you go in and remove the gauze immediately after your practice.

My tattoo just finished healing and I had no problems and it looks great. My tattoo artist wrapped my tattoo in a lubriderm bandage, which I was told to keep on for a whole week. The bandage was very helpful because I didn't have to wash it or apply ointment. This is something new in tattooing so not many places do it yet. After I took it off I was advised to wash it in anti-bacterial non-scented soap and apply a fragrance free lotion every 3-4 hours. I used Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion. My tattoo is healed now but I continue to put lotion on it every day and night to keep it lookin' sharp! good luck!!

You should contact the Tattoo artist with your question. Tattoo artists are the experts when it comes to aftercare, and your artist should be able to help you.
If not, try this website, they've got some aftercare tips (and this is a reputable tattoo parlour, so their tips can be trusted): http://www.sinkin-ink.com/healing.html

You can try this to keep your clothes from stickin.
Make a homemade occlusive bandage. Put a very very very very I mean very thin layer of A&D on your tattoo then cover it with saran wrap and tape it down.
If you do this from the start you'll have no scabbing and the colors will stay quite bright. Just be sure to use a very thin layer of the A&D, wash it off a coupletimes a day and let it breathe for a while each day and you'll be gold.
Basically what you're doing is making an artificial scab.

keep it covered with a gauze bandage during practice. or skip the ointment till after you are done practice.
i know clothing sticking can be a pain... when i got my tat on my ankle done i worked a job where i had to wear panty hose - i had to build a cotton barrier around it to keep my panty hose from sticking to it. - yuck fooo
