He has been incarcerated for 7 years and his now out. We have two teenage girls. They don't mind seeing him, but I want to do what I feel is safe. Should I allow them to see him (supervised) or not at all? He also has to register as a sex offender.

If your daughters want to see him, make sure it's supervised! If they don't want to see him, don't make them. No court is going to make you let him have unsupervised visits when he is a sex offender.

If they want to see him, and it is completely supervised... I suppose... so these two girls are not his step-daughters? And do these teenage girls know his past? Do they believe it?

if your daughters don't mind seeing him you should let them see him(supervised) after all he is their father. Would you want your kids to be taken away from you and never be able to see them? Though what he did is completely wrong, they are still his kids.

I can't imagine any court that would allow him to see them unsupervised.

If they were my teenage daughters, I'd keep that man far, far away.
