Spinach Artichoke Dip with Baguette bread for dipping! my sis makes it and its gone within seconds!!

My son refused to eat spinach when he was in his early teens. One night, I prepared a lasagna, and added spinach to the bolognaise sauce. He didn't identify the spinach at all, although I remember him noticing that I had done something differently, and miffed at the deception when he was told!
