Messianic Judaism is merely a Christian sect and nothing else. As such, like any other apostate Jews, they will be judges as such in the world to come, and have the punishment of kares (excision) applied to their souls- they will never be able to approach the divine presence since they will have been cut iff from it because of their apostacy.

Messianic Jews continue to celebrate the Jewish festivals and feast days as prescribed in the Hebrew Scriptures (i.e. Passover, Day of Atonement, etc.) but they do it in a way that demonstrates how Yeshua has already fulfilled these Holy Days. Most Messianic Jews do not celebrate Christmas or Easter, since neither holiday is mentioned in the New Covenant. Jews who now follow Yeshua the Messiah understand that everything given in the Old Covenant was a “mere shadow” of the better things to come in the New.

This question is really loaded. For the Jews who accept Yahshua as Messiah and thus become "Messianic Jews" what they must come to realize is that they are saved by faith not works. They must see their traditions for what they are, dead works, which in no way will help them enter the Kingdom of God. They are chaff that will be burned away. Just like the false traditions of the mainstream Christian Church.
For those Gentile who become "Messianic Jews" they must be careful that in giving up their pagan traditions that they don't just trade them in for another set of pagan traditions.
The law tells us that we are not to Add to Nor take away from the commandments of God and yet both sides have done just exactly that.
It really has gotten so bad in the Messianic Community that I refuse to any longer have that tag associated with my name as it carries so much baggage that it is a shame unto my Savior and My God just as the Christian tag does.
I have to now just call my self a believer and a follower of the way.
The noahide laws is a Jewish lie that the Messianic movement likes to hold onto. The Torah applies not only to the native born Israelite but to the stranger that joins themselves to Israel Per the TORAH.. Just one example of the lies the Messianic movement has inherited from rabbinical Judaism.

Messianic Jews are like any group of believers in that their is diversity in some traditions, some relating to whether or not they were Orthodox Jews. I have heard many refer to themselves as Completed Jews. Let's face it, they could not possibly have any more rituals than the RCC, and they are not telling me I am not saved, they call me their Sister.

Salvation for Jews and Gentiles works the very same way ever since Jesus died on the cross and rose again.

No. Jesus disposed of the OT's legalism for ALL who accepted Him as Lord -- Jews included. All Christians are on totally equal footing with Jesus, no matter what they had previously been or believed, spiritually and/or ethnically.

As I understand it, they have accepted Christ, and apply a rather legalistic method of obedience.
If they trust God through the Messiah, Jesus Christ, then they are saved.
It's good to understand that God always chose only a remnant of His people. He has always worked that way.
So as Paul was a Jew and understood and responded to God through Jesus Christ, so there are some Jews who have responded to this day. I should know, I'm in love with one of them.

They have to repent of their sins, and accept Jesus Christ as Messiah/Savior to be saved. They have to fulfill their church requirements to be Jews.
