I want to do something different and fun. I want to have a redneck wine tasting party. Boxed wine, Budwiser, Spam, Twinkies, and boxed mac and cheese. Can you please help me with more redneck recipies. Thank you.

Frito Pie:
3 cups Fritos corn chips
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2-1/2 cups chili

Spread 2 cups of the Fritos in a baking dish. Sprinkle half the onion and half the cheese over the Fritos. Pour the chili over the onion and cheese. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Fritos, onion and cheese over the chili.

Bake for 15 or 20 minutes and cheese is bubbly. Serve hot, with a dollop of sour cream on top.

REDNECK PARTY , HELL YEH!!!! I WOULD PUT SOME VIENNA SASAUGE ON A TOOTHPICK, THEY CAN CLEAN THEIR TEETH AFTERWARDS OR THEIR EAR WHICHEVER THEY WANT TO. IF YOU COULD GET A HOLD OF SOME GOVERNMENT CHEESE(YUM ITS THE BEST) WITH A LOAF OF WHITE BREAD. SOME PORK AND BEANS, SLOPE THE JUICE UP WITH THE BREAD AND OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOME ROAD KILL (DEER, RABBIT,POSSUM,SNAKE,BIRD,RACCOON, ,ETC.) FRIED UP! THATS SOOM GOOD VITTLES. MAKE EVERYONE WEAR OVERALLS,CUTOFF JEANS, OLD T-SHIRTS, STRAWHATS, OLD SHOES. YOU GET THE PICTURE... AND OF COURSE TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES TO MAKE A SCRAPBOOK FOR MEMORIES. IF YOU CAN FIND IT AT A BUTCHER SHOP SOMETIMES THEY HAVE HOGHEAD CHEESE(REDNECKS LOVE THIS) OR CRACKLINS. (TASTY) AFTER ITS ALL OVER I WOULD HAVE A BIG SUPER SIZE BOX OF ALKER SELTZER ON HAND(PLOP,PLOP, FIZZ,FIZZ OH WHAT A RELIEF IT IS) HA- HA. HOPE YOUR PARTY GOES GREAT: MAYBE YOU ALSO COULD FIND SOME OLD USE TIRES AND THROW THEM AROUND YOUR YARD AND A NICE PINK FELMINGO BIRD TO PUT IN YARD. (YOU GOTTA HAVE THOSE THINGS) . YOU MIGHT WANT TO ALSO BUY A GALLON OF PEROXIDE , YOU NEVER NO WHEN SOMEONE WILL GET A SCRAPE OR CUT, PEROXIDE WORKS ON EVERYTHING. HAVE FUN. G.R.I.T.S. ( GIRL RAISE IN THE SOUTH)

You have to have Ritz crackers and "squirt" cheese in the can.
No well respected redneck can do without that.
Beenie-weenies, vienna sausage ( in cans ).
I think fried pies are even more "neck" then twinkies.
Don't forget to rent " Larry the cable Guy".
Have fun!

Fried bologna or chicken, maybe have a pig roasting out on your deck? Check out this site for more ideas, I'm not really a seasoned redneck vet haha

I never knew those were classified under redneck. However looking at your menu maybe some chicken nuggets? Thinking of easy cooking.

Crackers and cheeze whiz with a slice of vienna sausage on top...garnish with pickle relish.

Fried bologna "canapes"

deviled eggs (I make mine quick using sandwich spread mashed with the egg yolks for the filling, not 1/2 bad)

peanuts (to put in your cokes).

milk ice (I can't afford real Ice cream)

Have a great time, sounds like fun!

Velveeta and saltines. Celery stuffed with pb and topped with raisins (ants on a log). Underwood devilled ham sandwiches on white bread. And don't forget the jello (or banana pudding)!
