i heard in the discovery channel that chugging water can kill you...it can cause seizures, kill you, and/or swell the brain. I started thinking "if a simple thing of nature that we need to survive kill you (water), what else can". So i thought of pooping...its a simple thing of nature that we need to survive. And what else can kill you or be harmful that is a simple thing of life?

It's called Self-control. I'm just amazed at how many people can't fathom that concept. Personally, for me, sex is not about satisfying an urge, it's a way of expressing deep feelings with someone I love very much. Sex forever changes a relationship between you and another person. Why complicate things?

As my hemorrhoids worsened I was determined to find relief and escape the horrific situation I was in. This program https://tr.im/NaturalRemedyHemorrhoids
provided me with the tools to conquer my hemorrhoids before it took the best of me. I just could not sit in the office anymore! I was determined not to take drugs which only mask the problem, and I conquered my disease! This 3 step program was the key to my hemorrhoids freedom.

Note that:
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

1. You could pop some blood vessels in your eyes. 2. If you have to use that much force to get the river flowing maybe you should use a stool softener/see a doctor. That would be quite an embarrassing way to go though.

I think you're misunderstanding water posioning. If you overdo it, then yeah anything you eat or drink can call you. Too much caffeine can call you!!

If you strain too much to poop, you can create a hemeroid. Not exactly fun.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/RnJBe
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

I think it also depends on your general health to. I read about a man (with a history of heart problems) actually having a heart attack while on the toilet trying to poop. Appartently this happens more often then people think..

Yep. You can tear muscles for sure. If you don't get enough fiber and you have to work that extra bit you can damage the muscles in your large intestine which you have to have surgery to fix. You can also give yourself a hernia. And then there's also the fact that it can be a wee bit painful.
