According to my BMI (body mass index) I am condidered obese. I would like to get down to a normal weight for my height (I am 5'6") so my target weight is 135 lbs.

I will be starting Weight Watchers next week, taking multi vitamins, and exercising every day. Will I need a doctor to supervise me over the time it takes me to lose the extra baggage (which is about 100+ lbs)

Do the grasp cleanse. You is not going to handiest drop some weight (plenty) however it's going to blank your colon. If your colon is in unhealthy form, which I feel it maybe in view that you weigh 250... then most commonly your entire organs have disorders too. You have got to do it for at LEAST 7 days and also you have got to know the way to get off the nutrition within the right approach seeing that you'll be able to get ulcers. forty two days of doing this quick treatments melanoma, suppose what different matters it could possibly medication. It works excellent for you seeing that they do not advocate recreation, you ought to take it effortless. If you devour as soon as an afternoon and you are gaining weight, I feel it is a predicament to your lymphatic approach. The cleanse shall do it. I'll provide you the internet site.... and ONLY lemons, now not limes. Lemons are alkaline however limes are acidic, NOT GOOD. The maple syrup have got to be grade b, natural and it could possibly handiest come from Vermont or Canada. If you desire to do it for 15 days, purchase a gallon. That will have to be adequate. You can do it. If your well being is relatively as unhealthy as you set it, cross by way of the cleanse. A few days of agony will do you well and can upload many extra years for your existence. By the best way you write, it appears like you are relatively younger. There's no intent to die younger, in particular while it is curable. Take care! P.S. - If you will have diabetes, you can not do that cleanse.

Yes, I would run it by a doctor and get check ups every now and then to make sure you aren't hurting your heart, pancreas or screwing up your metabolism. Weight Watchers is a legit organization so they can help you do this safely too. I would just run it by your doctor too, or check in with him every now and again for a check up. I wouldn't say you need constant supervision from him unless you did this on your own (ie without weight watchers).
Good luck!!

Hi, I've lost around 75lbs over 18mth. I didn't have doctor supervision. I just watched what i ate and the same as you i exercised. But i didn't exercise every day like your saying that your going to do, i think that if you do that you'll burn yourself out and eventually the thought of exercising might seem like a chore. I use to work out on every other day (Mon. wed, Fri) for an hour, but it's up to you. Good luck and i hope that you are successful.

I don't think so not if you are doing weight watchers and you stick to the program. You should be fine. If you start to feel sick then go see a Dr.

not sure, if you don't have any other medical conditions I wouldn't think you need supervision, call him and ask. I heard Weight Watchers is excellent-good luck!

it's a good idea to see your doctor at least once to make sure exercising won't hurt you. after that, if you're healthy enough, you shouldn't have to see the doctor again. I lost that much and never saw a doctor at all.
