Spoken English tends to be more colloquial; written English is more formal. Spoken language is to communicate an immediate point--if there is any misunderstanding, it can be immediately corrected, while written language is intended to convey thoughts without any need for clarification.

Most people write it better than they speak it. The difference exists partly because the two operations are controlled by different portions of the brain; also, you have more time to think about what you write than what you say. However, flaws in written English are much more obvious than flaws in spoken English because the reader has more time to observe them than a listener would.

I write English nearly as well as I speak it, probably as well or better if I get a chance to revise. The difference probably exists because it is a little harder to write than to speak.

I probably write English better than I speak it, as I have the opportunity to reread and edit what I have written. English is my only language-- other than a smattering of Spanish.
I'd say that most people speak better than they write because they do not write enough. Also, many people do not realize that editing and rewriting are key to writing well.

The differences are many for one sentence structure is different and you have no way to tell nonverbal or tones. Now to answer the question I doubt I write as well as I speak.

I am 99.9% sure most people will write English better than they speak it - since we've got the opportunity to fix our errors, rethink our sentences, restructure our thoughts, and look over it again.
