Because they have nothing better to do! Its the only thing they can use to 'try and be funny. They are so stereotypical its so annoying, I mean shut up about the blonde jokes already!!

because, even if their not true, theyre funny. not all blondes are stupid, but you cant just switch it now to dumb brunnette jokes because people are programmed to blonde jokes. if the first dumb blonde joke had been about a brunnette, they would be dumb brunette jokes.
