Hate, really hate? Hate would imply extreme hostility, e.g. I hate Nazis and fascists. I can dislike someone to the point that I don't want to have any dealings with them or where I would feel no emotion whatsoever if they were in a fatal car accident.

Now if you sere to set a cat on fire on purpose, just for fun, the I would hate you passionately, and feel pleasure if you were sick and dying.

2 things: environment and genetics.
Some people inherit a bad brain. They can be hateful. Others get raised by a bad mom. They can be hateful
The real question is, what would attract you to someone like this.
The vast majority of men love women and act that way.
