Suggest you forget about Smiley Central because it is Spyware/Adware. They get paid by advertisers to offer the "free" Smileys, that in turn tracks your activities, with spam as your reward for "free" Smileys. A similar program called "Smileycons" is not Adware and just as cute. They, however, are not free. Smileycons offers free sample download (with no expiration date) at www.smileycons.com. Registration price for one year is $11.95.They have theme Smileycons, such as sports, animals, dogs, cats, seasons and Holidays.
They are Windows 2000, XP and Vista compatible for use in Email, Message Boards, Forums and Web Mail (like Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail.)
