Add Mahabharatha to the list
There are also a lot of charitas and Stories of Avatars of Maha vishnu lOne can fill a hundred cupboards of a l ibrary hall with those books .So a list is not just an easy one .
Now you can confine yourself to the list you have made out . As regards the vedas , the four are , Rig, Yajur , Sama , and Atharva vedas and not ayurvedha . Ayur vedha is just one part of the Adharva Veda , which has a host of others like Astrology , Astronomy , vedic mathematics , Architecture, vasthu shatra , Black magic and others

Do a bit of search on anysearch engine or checkout www.wikipedia.org, you'll find your answer.
And, the four Vedas are Rik, Yajur, Saama & Atharva; Ayurveda is a subsidiary of Atharvaveda, got it.
Also, gather some basic knowledge of Sanatana Dharma before buying all these books. Humongous reading of these scriptures like reading a novel won't help at all. You'll need to go step-by-step to be able to understand anything because, the knowledge therein is so deep & vast that there's danger of misinterpretation by our narrow minds.
If there's something specific that you are looking for, ask it, I'll be able to help you probably.

Please note in Vedas: Rig-Veda, Yajur-Veda, Sama-Veda & Athar-veda). Ayur-Veda is seperate one under Medical science... then Upanishads... Under Puranas: Mainly.. Maha Bharat and Ramayan. You can say Bhagavad Gita is the actual important part of Mahabharat.. say essence of life covering entire humanity. Brahmans are a sect coming under Varnashram system in Vedic times. Four Varnas...
based on their alloted duties and capabilities to perform...
Brahman.... Kshatriya.... Vaishya.. . and Shudras. Let me thank you for the zeal in reading for the knowledge of various religious books. I appreciate you for that. By your question I will go through other answers to know more myself. thanks.

GITA is absolute con-science & pure-philosophy.
All your perfect questions will be answered therein.
A single word (no, actually a letter "AUM") explains "everything" from the no beginning to the end, from microcosm to microcosm, begining of all scientific formulae...
...after reading the Gita, I found the world is so superfluous...Albert Ainstein.
Now you may wonder how greatness of the rest of the verses in Gita?? You go for it, and it will surely answer all the questions from other bibles.
After knowing the "Root", you may consider reading other holy doctrines.

Sir the list is endless and one birth is not enough even to go thru' 10% of them.
It would be much better if you identify , choose and define your specific field and then start venturing into it.
Or it would like a yacht in an Ocean.

There are different collections of the Upanishads. For those, and all that you mention, I believe you should go to a site like this for a list:
