OMG, you're secretly in love with your gf's mom! The roast is obviously meant to show the good home cooking that her mother makes for dinner. The gold plate represents her "golden" years. The cat represents her, well, p*ssy. And the car represents your wanting to be in her.

No you're not weird at all. Not knowing any more about you, my guess would be that rather than being infatuated with your girlfriends cat, you were really dreaming about her. It just came out in a different way.
As for the rest of the symbols in the dream, chances are they are going to be really personal to you. Each person dreams things for different reasons. The only possible meaning that I can think of without talking to you would be that maybe you think that you aren't good enough for your girlfriend. Or it could be that you watched a television show about rich people that night. Really hard to say without more information.
