i need to know the month year 2008 starts in and the 2 months before and after it

01/01/2008.....November & December 2007 are the 2 months before....and January & February 2008 are the months after. What kind of weird question is this, anyway!? You should know this!

Huh? 2008 starts, like every year with January. It is preceeded by December and followed by February.
This is the calendar year, not the education year which is 2007-2008 beginning in the Fall, usually September of 2007.
The fiscal, or business year begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th.

usually starts in january... so count 2 months before and 2 months after.
