Most guys do that. It's not usually a reflection of you. Ask him his reasoning behind it.

Why would that bother you? Most people in relationships still think about others sexually...that's just normal sugar, and no reflection on you.
Get a little more self confidence and don't worry about it. It's unrealistic to expect anyone to never think about another person in a sexual way, just because they're in a relationship. Monogamy isn't normal for humans...it's something we've been "trained" to do, but at least allow people to fantasize. What goes on in one's head should be private. I've fantasized about all kinds of guys (some faceless, some not) when I've been in relationships...that didn't mean I really wanted to be with those guys.

It is not a reflection on you. Although considered normal, the level of infactuation and sexual desire is of critical importance. While some may have a lingering interest in one particular individual it should not be transcend into everyone with a skirt. Likewise to much focus on one particular individual should also give rise for concern. Otherwise, if it is simply passing there should be no concern

No, that is just the normal make-up for humans (including you). How many women fantasies about Hollywood actors or singers, etc? Most or all. Men are no different. If humans were not made up that way, then "sex" would not "sell". It is not a reflection on you, and I am sure that you find other people attractive, and who knows how far your mind has allowed that to go, as in fantasy.
And please ignore the people who live in fantasy-land and think that if he is in love with you, then he should not look at all. Come on people, please live in reality, not some story book fantasy world. The reality is that people (both sexes) look and have fantasies, etc about other people, etc. Both sexes also cheat, etc. Humans were never meant to live in the monogamous relationships, because of these facts. Not saying he is cheating or anything like that, but based on facts, humans were never intended to have one person forever. Sorry to burst the fantasy-land of so many people, but please try to live in reality.

Of course you should be! Society has raised people to think it is normal. It is just a guy thing. We all see people we view as attractive but it should stp there. Taking it farther into literally fantasing about having sex is wrong.

Yes, of course you would be hurt. What I would suggest you is , tell him how you feel about it. If he really loves you he will not hurt you. Share your feeling so that he can understand.
Do not keep yourself worrying about it. Express yourself, he will understand and you both can find a solution to become more closer in everything.

It's perfectly normal for a guy to think like that. However if he starts thinking of them more than you, then you should start to find out what is going on and if there is something in particular that is causing it.

Guys are just programmed for procreation. Take away all the education, the money and clothes- all you have left is a caveman looking to mate.
