Yes police where called and two female subjects where arrested, but what's next my mother scared to go back. thanks

Im sorry that happened to them. I would have done the same as your mother and sister. I would have told them they were being rude and direspectful as well. i would think that that was a one time thing and i would not see that happening again. some people are just mean. i dont think they will be there next time. not everyone goes looking to be disrespectful.

Too bad your mom and sister thought they could enforce the rules. I am sorry they were hurt, but they should not have approached the inconsiderate picnic-ers. 2 vs. 12 -15 does not make sense.
Calling the police from the start would have been the safest bet.
Your mom has no reason to be worried, unless she plans on taking things into her own hands again.

Sorry, don't have a good answer. I had to stop going to my fathers grave which was once in a nice middle class neighborhood and now is a drug infested and crime rampant area of town. My father would not have wanted me to be in danger just to visit his grave. Tell your mother to honor her family in a different place, they wouldn't have wanted her harmed.
