It could mean a number of things:
He sees you as a friend, easy to get along with but is not physically attracted to you. He perceives an incompatibility in your personalities which would preclude an intimate relationship. He may currently have his eye on someone else at the moment who he finds more attractive. He might be gay.
Or it could be any one of a half a dozen other reasons. He might not be more specific in his answer for fear of hurting your feelings. I hope this helps.

Sounds pretty self-explanatory to me! He thinks you are a nice person but does not want a romantic relationship. Don't let it bother you though! You sound young and there will be plenty of other guys that will want to go out with you. For now, I would just have fun. Relationships are great sometimes, but heartbreaking other times. Don't be in a rush. You will find the right person for you one day. Best of luck.

How can you not understand a straight line like that? What part of NO! don't you get. It means stop trying to hit on him. If a guy wants to date a girl, he'll ask you. If he's not asking, that means he's not interested.

Simple just cuz someone likes u doesnt mean they want to have a relationhsip with you. He could like alot of girls but that doesnt they're right for him. Sometimes people just like people and it eventually fades away.

it could mean a lot of different things like your not his type, or he likes someone else, or he just doesnt want a relationship right now.

as cliche' as this sounds, it means he's just not that into you.
(read that book, seriously. keep it next to your bed and if you ever ask a question like that again, read it again.)
but to answer your question, it means he doesn't want to hurt your feelings, that he probably thinks your a nice girl, but just don't like you like that. you can't convince him, or change his mind, he just simply isn't feelin it. that's ok. :)

he means just that. he sees that you are a cool person who he wants to stay in his life, but your just not the person who is right for him to be with. no worries, there are always others.
