...why on earth would you block a fellow Christian? Seriously, what is so wrong with questioning things once in awhile? A little critical thinking never hurt anyone.

There will always be people of every walk of life who refuse to question anything anymore. And, it is quite a shame because I find each day that I can learn something new if I choose to.

Don't sweat being blocked. . .at least they won't be reporting your every move. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

I am not quite sure what your question is asking. First off (and I could be wrong) I wasnt aware that atheists are Christian. I quess you learn something new everyday. Christians have many different beliefs and sometimes we may differ because of that. But the two things that christians believe is God and the son if god:Jesus. Or who knows maybe Im wrong on that as well. Questions? There will always be questions. There will never be the full answers to anything until we cross over. But I personally am not here to change anyones belief. Christian just do not understand how someone can live day by day without having the belief that their is a much better place in time, and how sad and lonely that must be.

Is it not in straightforward terms a case of which got here first, the fowl or the Egg? Who condemned first? You communicate as though, this non secular conflict, became all started with the help of the Atheists, while there is the very equivalent danger this is became the Christians who all started it. Why get rid of humanity, as quickly as we've distinctive ideals? on the tip of the day, in Christianity, all of us have flaws. In Atheism, we are all ignorant. that's an identical element yet from distinctive view factors. In precis, we would have distinctive ideals, yet all of us have an identical innovations which converge to be an identical element. Did God create us? Or became it some adventure from the Universe? on the tip of the day, we've been created. Does it relatively matter selection HOW? IT got here approximately and that's all that concerns. i'm not attempting to suppress the religions of Atheism and Christianity, i'm in straightforward terms attempting to declare, compliment what you be, yet not what you're advised.

Why should we block atheists? That's not very Christian-like, as aren't we supposed to be 'friends' to more than just other Christians??

I just met a true atheist on the board that is now saved!!! I don't know where it happened, but what if he would've been looking for answers on this board and all of the Christians had him blocked for proclaiming he was an atheist?? That doesn't make sense and it's not fair.

I wouldn't block anyone unless they were totally super nasty to me for whatever reason. I can't imagine anyone being like that....Christian, atheist, or whoever!

Are you kidding?!?

A "little critical thinking" is instant death for a Christian mind (or any other mind that holds precariously onto an outdated, primitive form of "wishful" theological thinking...)
They're "blocking" is due to their adherence to the worst form of fascist thinking any human being has ever tried to enforce...

"Canonization..." Which means "Cerebral Processes Not Allowed.."

(kinda funny, though, since if there IS a God(s)...HE or SHE obviously felt their creation could definitely benefit from a central nervous system...)

Hi Sweetie,

Closed minded people. Tha is what it is all about. If you question them you stand against them in their eyes. Let them block, you, obviously you must have struck a nerve with someone or else it wouldn't bother them so bad that they "had" to block you. You must have struck a nerve somewhere dear, which means your getting through to them.

Honey you question what you must because you know the truth. No matter what anyone else says or does, the only thing you need to worry about is you.

How do you know who's blocking who?
Geez, I guess there was "stupid potion" in my moms breast milk or something; I've been on this forum for awhile, and still don't know how to even use all the damn stuff on it.....why is "blocking" necessary anyway; I mean, if we don't want email we can shut that off - isn't that good enough anyway??

Why who got blocked?

I wonder if I ever got blocked. How can you tell?

Anyway, some people just hate it when you rock their world with ideas that challenge the beliefs they hold more dear than the truth.

Indeed. Most Christians are very closed-minded and refuse to listen to any logical debate regarding their religion. And no, I'm not restricting this to one religion, i just have not seen many posts by others on this site. Also, atheists can be just as resistant to outside points of view too.

*shrug* Change is tough.

Well I believe that is a personal problem you have to discuss with that particular Christian. Since you are not presenting in which way you were critical. And how well you presented your critique.

You are correct. We all need to learn. The reason that I am here, on this site is to learn, to be kind to others and to help anyone learn about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I don't have many of the answers but, I am willing to be taught. Blessings.
