Simple Minds - 'Don't You Foorget About Me' was used in an advert advertising milk a few years back, possibly 80's. I'm sure of it, but can't find any footage.
Somebody PLEASE tell me I'm NOT CRAZY, & where I can find this advert to prove it.

Your not mad it was Scottish Dairy's and the ad was in 1999

The new campaign, which hits TV screens this week, follows in the footsteps of a whole host of iconic milk ads. Simple Minds provided the soundtrack for Scotland's last campaign 'Don't you forget about me' while across the UK, adverts have ranged from a cartoon version of Rolf Harris promoting the benefits of milk under 'The White Stuff. Are you Made of It' banner, 'Drink a Pinta Milk a Day' and the 'Gotta Lotta Bottle' ads of the 1980's.

You aint crazy-Maybe it was when they advertised missing persons on the milk cartons-dont know where you could find it though !!xx
