the uv rays is 6, and it is 75 degrees out..
if i lay outside in the sun from 2:30 til 4, (WITH SUNSCREEN) will i get noticeably tanner?

The temperature has little to no effect on tanning, the same goes for wind. The strength of the sunscreen and how tan you allready are will determine how noticeable the change is.

A UV ray is not "six". That doesn't make any sense. Are you saying there are six UV rays present? That's totally impossible.

In any case, tanning is unhealthy and will only ever damage your skin. It has no benefits.
