There's this boy ive known for a couple of years now. I know he likes me but hasnt asked me out. So every time i try and ask him i get cold feet and change the subject and he seems dissapointed wen i do dat. This boy is giving me Deja Vu which has never happened before! How do i get him 2 ask me out instead???

Maybe he likes assertive women, which you are proving you are not.
If he wanted to ask you out he would. If you want to go out with him, then it seems like you are going to have to bring it up. Or do this dance forever.
Just say "hey, wanna go get a coke somewhere" or something simple. That will tell you where you stand.

just ask him if he ever thought about yall two being more then just friends? if he says id love to be more then friends then u can say me too....and see wat he says then go from there...
