What is the email for Bradenton police. I want to ask them if it's legal to drive an ATV on the road without a license because it's not really a car.

Under state law you can never drive an ATV on the highway. It is a moving violation civil in fraction. And to drive any motor vehicle on a road, you must have it registered and in the case of an ATV it is considered a motorcycle so you would need a drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement

I'm sure that most states forbid the driving of atv's on public roadways, but, why don't you just look up their number in your local phone book and call them. Wouldn't that be easier. Whoa there, don't call 911, remember this is not an emergency! but they do have a phone number just like you and I.
