Ergo...I am Satan? oh, sorry, I didn't realize it before...but, if I control the Earth, why do I have a Bible? Kind of pointless but I suppose it provides some good satan-in-training tips.

I think you're wrong when you say that quote is on the Bible...you need to see all the scripture,you cannot take just a small expression.Anyway if we were all controlled by Satan no one would be alive right now.If you see another verse in the Bible(new test.) it says that the devil came to kill, to steal and to destroy.So if He had FULL control poor you and poor me.You should give thanks to God for He doesn't allow that to happen.God created us and He cares for us!!!

The scriptures do verify that satan is the god of thi s world, a.k.a. the prince of hte powers of the air, & Rev. 12:9 states that " satan, the red dragon, the old serpent, the devil, has the entire religious world decieved" The only way to not be decieved in this world is to believe & follow all that the prophets have spoken!

Once the christian church established the bible as the official infallible holy book, stomped out the competition, and established themselves as keepers of the truth, that pretty much nails it. The true message of Jesus that the kingdom of God is within each of us has fallen on deaf ears. This will be changing in the near future.

The bible was written by many different humans over many years. God controls Satan, so all the evil in the world is perpetuated by God as well. God is all good and evil combined. God is everything and everything is a part of God.

Jesus came so we could have life & have it more abundantly.
Jesus came to destroy the works fo the devil.
Jesus brought out of darkness & into His Marvelous Light.

See? The voice in those quickened, born of Gods Spirit, are spiritual. The Christian chooses to die to lust of flesh (not reacting by yelling & cussing, etc.) but makes the soul choice to follow after the Holy Spirit (Faith, hope, love, joy, peace, patience, honesty, truth, etc.) The Holy Spirit doesn't make us. We have to choose to. And the Holy Spirit leads us by speaking to us in our new born spiritman. And a Christian can hear the devils voice or suggestions (false accusations, rejection, etc.) But must choose to cast every imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God down. And to replace the suggested lie with the Truth the Holy Spirit brings to our spirit man of the scripture found in the Holy Bible.
Who is he who overcomes, he who is born of God. And what is our victory, our faith.
