I do not accept blame for other's attitudes and actions since I control my own and they control theirs. I do not speak to them. They do not interest me. I do not listen to them. They do not exist, as far as I am concerned, because they are that low on the totem pole in life's existence.

"Co-workers" implies equality...I have no equals at work, no peers! I am so far above them, I really have no idea what they are doing on the job site. On the otherhand, I am told to "eat dirt" with great regularity...do you think this means something?

My co-workers are great but my boss is awful times 100. I would love to tell her to eat dirt. She'll get so mad, her head will start to spin and smoke will come out of her ears.

One of the most often cited reasons for letting someone go is not because of incompetence, it's because of their inability to get along with others.

That said, what are you doing to antagonize your coworkers?

When I feel that way I usually tell the coworker that I don.t like them and why.
