No. You cannot get tapeworms that way. Tapes are intestinal parasites.

Get your cat treated (it doesn't cost much) and keep your scratch clean. You'll be fine.

Nope, that's not how tapeworm is spread. They don't transfer by blood or saliva. If you ATE one, then yes, you could. But they're big enough to see, so you're not going to get one into your mouth by accident.

Have the vet give you some medicine for the tapeworm. Make sure he does a fecal exam (examines some poop) to make sure this is the right medication for the right type of parasite, that way you can be sure the worms will be eliminated.

Clean your wound with peroxide. apply polysporin, and keep bandaged.
