Yes - you can freeze any yogurt - however the yogurt culture changes and the flavor will as well. Frozen yogurt is best as a frozen treat or if freezing the plain only use in cooked recipes as the texture will be effected. Good Luck!

What do you mean "Commercial?" If you mean regular yogurt bought in the dairy section of your store, such as Dannon, or Yoplait, then yes, it can be frozen. It won't have the same consistency as "Frozen Yogurt" because they add things to that, and blend it so air gives it a lighter texture. But frozen yogurt is pretty good. And nice, cold treat.
I wouldn't freeze the "Whipped" yogurts though. I think it would break down, and have a curdled texture, though it would not affect the taste.

If the yogurt has a foil top you can poke a popsicle stick through it and freeze the container. When it is frozen, remove the top and pull the yogut popsicle out. You can also put the yogurt into a home ice cream maker and it will freeze a bit softer like frozen yogurt.

Yes, commercial yogurt can be frozen. The only thing is, when you take it out to eat, it can be really hard. You might want to thaw it out for half an hour to an hour before you eat it. Don't leave it out for more than an hour though, because after an hour it may start to go bad, and then you can't even eat it. Hope this helps =)!!
