I love coconut.

What do you mean by heave? I get a strange picture in my head. For if something makes me heave it is not my favorite aroma or smell. As far as the first part of the question, "What is your favorite aroma or smell?" That is a personal question that I will not answer.

Aww, there are so many. Smells I love:
hot sand
the ocean
after the rain
Nag Champa incense
lilies
fresh bread baking
the smell of the woods, away from civilization, where the only sound...is silence. It's such a nice fresh smell.
freshly mowed grass
hay
antique books
old houses
the inside of my 150 year old trunk
wood that's been cured and sun-baked
cedar shavings
chamomile tea
And smells I loathe:
my husband's spaghetti farts. I'm not kidding, they're lethal.
stale beer
rotting meat
liver
garbage
There's more, but I can't think of them right now.

The fragrance of a newborn baby's head is Heavenly. There is nothing to compare to the feelings stirred by this fragrance. Even people that have never had a baby are entranced. The worst one me personally was finding an Easter egg in June and in picking it up from behind the shrubbery, it broke in my hand. My kids cried for me to go outside to wash the stench away.

Least favorite, at lest this week, cabbage leaves after they have been in a closed-up garbage can in 100 degree heat for 3 days.

My favorite smell is fresh basil. Mmm.
I hate the smell of vanilla. Not real vanilla, but vanilla products like perfume and lotion. Gross. It's just way too sweet.
