5w30 will give you better economy since its a thinner oil.

I don't really get the question but I had a 2000 Altima and I put in 4 and a half of Mobil 5w-30 but if you have the manual book, you should be able to find out.

If you have the owners manual look in there. If not you can either call a Nissan dealer or go to a library and look it up in a Chilton's repair manual. Most cars are using either a 10w-30 or 5w-30.
