I would give them notice that they had a month to find a new place to live. Then at the end of the month I'd make sure they were gone.

Let them know that while paying their share of rent they are also expected to clean up after their selves(a common courtesy) as part of the living arrangement.

Make up a contract stating your terms and have them all sign it telling them if the home continues to be a mess rent or not, they will have 30 days to find another place to live. It may be harsh, but if you are renting your landlord could throw you out for being filthy. The mom with kids should know better because she is raising slobs if she doesn't teach them to pick up after themselves. My grandma is 74 has diabetes, and congestive heart failure and is staying with my family. I never ask her to do a thing but she will have straightened something up or done a couple loads of laundry. Tell your family if a granny can do it, so can they!
With this contract also have information for public housing or shelter so they can contact them if they don't like your terms.
Good luck!!!

It's your house, your rules. Paying the rent on time is not the only rule you should have. You need to lay down the law. They need to know that not only do they have to pay the rent on time, but they all need to pick up after themselves and do whatever other chores are needed. Make a list. You are not the maid and you are doing them a favor by giving them a roof over their heads!!! They should be cleaning your house spotless to thank you everyday!!! Don't let them get away with it any longer.

Whoever owns the house should set some rules about pitching in and helping with the cleaning and maintenance of the house with everyone who lives there and tell ing all those involved that if the rules are not followed they have to leave by a certain date.

If you are the tenant on the rental agreement and not on a lease, think about moving...alone...Unless it's a home your'e buying... Get a plan and some money together, then give everyone your plans. Good luck kiddo!

Stand up to them and if they don't want to respect you and your boundaries give them a thirty day notice. Its that simple. You are being very disrespected. When you let them know you aren't going to allow this seriously they may change. Respect earns respect !

raise their rent.
If you actually give them an invoice, with cooking $xxx
cleaning$xxx and laundry$xxx written in on it.
Put that there will be an $xxx discount per month if they decide to do their own cleaning, etc.
