Does you cat lie across your arms while you're trying to type on the computer? She's so sweet, and needy, and I want her to know she's loved - but c'mon kitty - I'm making a lot of typos on account of you.

Why are some kitties soooo needy? (My other two aren't like that.)

Sounds like a smart cat. Yes, some cats are more needy than others, kind of like people. Some cats just love sitting on people's laps, usually when they're busy on the computer or reading a book or the newspaper.....

Some cats just like to impose themselves into the middle of what ever you are doing. Reminding you that they are kitty (hear them meow) and they are the most important thing in the world. Cats are great, but somewhat egocentric.

I have 2 cats from the same litter. One loves to be in the middle of things like yours and the other disappears for hours at a time and reappear when ever the heck he wants to.

Just like people cats have personality. Can't live with em and can't live with out em.

Both of my cats try to walk across my keyboard while I'm typing. They also like to lay across any books or magazines I'm trying to read, especially if I'm laying down. Maybe you could keep a little pile of toys near on your desk, and when the kitty gets too insistent, you could throw one for her to chase? Works for my cats....

Oh particular! for all time lol, it makes me leap up with fright and convey regret (cats call) and then I comprehend it incredibly is in basic terms between the cats rubber balls that i'm stepping on. it is so humorous whilst that occurs! lol

anything I become intently interested in, She Who Must Be Obeyed, my cat, Silly, has to interfere with. It's common cat behavior, too, though I've yet to see a believable explanation offered with certainty.

haha yes. mookie does that and more. shes an attention whore.

some jsut like more attention than others. try giving the cats its own chair, or letting it sit ontop of the monitor if its big enough. that what my cats do.

didn't you know? you are your cat's slave and she probably wants constant attention.

we always laugh b/c our cats do the same thing. anytime they see your hands moving, they assume that it is because you should be petting them. my cat is so needy that even if I move my hand in my sleep she rushes over to get a petting
