What you reap, you will sow...all things you do, think, or say, is not secret to God...and He reveals these "secrets" as He Wills to all people....so do as Jesus would do and you shall not have to fear repercussions upon your soul.

It will be made known, revealed, tested, exposed, for the quality of each man's work. The truth and desire of this work will be brought to light. So each of us should use wisdom and caution that our work is based on the truth given to us and nothing else added by our own imagination

My heart feels that we will stand before God and answer for all we have done on earth.

that one's pretty obvious, it is a maxim and as such is true....every man's work IS made manifest. What you do with your life, for good or ill, is very apparent to everyone else.
