Gosh this is such a bad start, if you need credit you can't afford it. If the girl you wish to marry is worth her salt I am 100% sure she would prefer a ring that you don't need to get credit for, if she doesn't mind you getting credit your marriage will be doomed. Money problems are a major cause of divorce.

it's OK to get a ring you can afford. don't worry about it being too "small" - she'll understand (and if she doesn't, she's not worth it) and you can always "upgrade" the ring for your first (or second or third, whatever) anniversary. or get a really nice wedding band.
if you need to go the credit route, find somewhere where you can get 0% interest for the first year - either store credit card or get a Visa card or something. but make sure you pay it off before the no interest ends - I heard if you have a balance at that point they charge you ALL the interest you would have accrued or soemthing.

Do not get a loan or a credit card.
You will end up going into debt even before you say "I do"!
You can get some very pretty engagement rings at a very decent price. Look around.
Ignore the jewelers who say you need to have at least two months pay to get an engagement ring.

I have to say that I agree with a previous answerer--wait until you can afford to buy it with cash.
As a woman, I would feel much better if you bought a small ring at first and told me that you would rather save up and buy me a bigger one later than start your lives together out in debt. While the bling of a big ring is nice and all, the sense of security a woman has when her man is financially responsible and willing to work is worth so much more.
You can't imagine the feeling of walking into a store with your man and having him flash the cash he just saved up for you--no credit, no strings. Very nice.

I don't personally know of such a website, but I think of two options, (1) go round various jewellers and ask if you can pay the ring in instalments once all instalments paid then you get the ring. (Alot of places do interest free, just remember to keep up the payments)
Option (2) please don't be offended, you could get a nice ring of Ebay and what matters is that you chose it and it 's all about how much you love your girlfriend. Getting soppy in my old age!
Good Luck.

You would be much better off getting a credit card with 0% on new purchases and buying the ring on that.
The wedding is going to cost you enough, without the massive credit on the ring.
And, you know, if she really is the one, she will know that you don't have loads of money and love the ring regardless of the cost.

The best place to get a good ring for low cost is a pawn shop or second hand. I saw a really good deal for a great ring at about $600.

any store should have a layaway plan or credit card through the store that you can get. you should go to your local mall and check it out. oh and don't buy a ring on line it's not a sweater you really need to look at it up close to know if it's the right ring for her.

yeah I wouldn't advise buying an engagement ring on credit.
you should be financially stable before getting married. save your money, then propose.
just remember, buying an engagement ring is just the beginning. you may end up paying for the entire wedding as a couple.

sorry i cant help you on that, but a word of advice ,
you don't have to push yourself too hard for an engagement ring,
buy what you can afford and stay away from what would put you in tight corner.
you have to be yourself.
