Tea is a natural diuretic, which means it flushes out the fluid in your body, (i.e. makes you pee a lot). If you drink a lot of tea and don't drink a lot of water to replace the lost fluids, you could dehydrate, you could develop kidney stones, or damage yor kidneys. I live in the south and I drink A LOT of sweet tea. Sometimes I get pain in my lower back, and my pee turns bright yellow. That means my kidneys are having trouble filtering waste because of the lack of water. It can really mess you up if you're addicted to it, so make sure you drink water to counteract the diuretic effects.

Iced or warm, eco-friendly or black, tea is extremely stable for you. i've got on no account understood why human beings would smash the style with the help of sweetening it - bleeech! don't fret appropriate to the elementary diuretic effect as long as you drink water besides. And do attempt warm tea: not something is the two soothing and energizing in an identical way...I distinctly like Earl gray tea. Oh, confident, verify which you do use BOILING water to make tea - purely warm water does not make stable-tasting tea. Ummm, think of i will pass fix myself a very good cuppa. it somewhat is relatively useful to to limit your self to eating tea before mid-afternoon, inspite of the indisputable fact that. The caffeine could make it stressful to get to sleep.

tea has more caffeine than coffee and can stain your teeth faster. Green tea is light and better than regular tea. Use honey and avoid too much sugar. You will have to urinate more often.
