if u have to choose one then pick item no 2
having a windows mobile platform pdaphone means u can do office task and read emails, surf net like what u can do with item no 1
with the external memory expansion, and usb cable + activesync, u could use item no 2 as a removable media storage which covers item no3
most of pdaphone now have camera function...... some of them even have the autofocus 3.2 megapixels which is sufficient i guess for me to capture still images and videos~
and with tonnes of games built on windows mobile platform.... though it couldnt beat the quality of psp games, can help u kill time ^_^
