OMG, so many negative people talking about your fiancee's age- they don't even know him, he could be perfectly mature and responsible, for all they know. I won't judge- i've been with my fiancee since we were 16, and were getting married next year- aged 25 (so take no notice of them!). Back to your question- have you thought about throwing him a surprise party- just a small one with close friends and family if your budget won't stretch? If you don't fancy that idea, how about a day out at the zoo or a theme park (I know it sounds childish, but you will have fun, and you will have those happy memories forever- a great way 2 mark his b'day). You could even book a night in a posh hotel somewhere.
Hope this helps,
Good luck for the future!

LoL. Okay hunny, for one...dont worry about these people on here saying you're too young to get married and causing all this drama with their rude comments and such. Im 19 -been engaged since I was 16, my fiance and i have a 1 and a half year old son and are expecting our little girl in Sept and we are getting married next Aug and to contradict some people on here about living arrangements...you can be 18 and have your own place. We do.. So congrats on the engagement and wedding!!!!!! And just let things fall into place for you!
Secondly, for his birthday... treat him to a day of things that he loves to do, or a day that is specifically dedicated to him and then have a romantic dinner and just things like that. Just use your imagination, and make the most of it! For my fiance's 18th birthday we were in Myrtle Beach for a family vacation with a billion of our relatives..but all we did was just spent the day together, went to a quiet diner, and then to a small ice cream parlor. Haha, later on that night we watched fireworks... Nothing big, it's the thought that counts!!!

HUMMM that's a tough one. Well don't do the 3 some thing like someone suggested and don't do the stripper thing either, I would just spend the day with him go shopping do stuff together go to a theme park just spend the day with him doing what ever he likes he will love you for that

Whoa, whoa... slow down. You want gift ideas for your fiance's 18th birthday?!? Y'all are still kids! I wouldn't doubt it if the two of you still live at home with your parents! Wait at least 4 years before the two of you exchange vows. By then y'all should be financially stable and have some sort of career plan.

Putting aside the age thing... Why not treat him to a day of all his favourite things, take him to the places that you know he likes - favourite lunch, shopping in his favourite shop, favourite dinner/night out, followed by you wrapped in a big bow.

Diapers? Pacifier? Rattle?
Honestly, 18 is way way too young to be even engaged.
