Buy a loaf of bread and some lunchmeat and you can have lunch for the rest of the week and still have money in your account. Good luck. 2D

Well, It all depends on where you are going to eat youe lunch,
If at all possible go home for lunch, I am sure that there is stuff to make there. Or pack your lunch. PB and J is a great long lasting lunch. Or if worst comes to worst go to the local Speedway Gastation, where they have hot food, and get something there. It is usually 1$ or 2. And they now have fruit and salad stuff.
I would stick to a loaf of bread and Lunch meat or PB & J with a bag of chips or fruit.

Grilled cheese, cup of soup, ramen. Depending on what's in the fridge, mac & cheese can be had for under $1. A salad from the deli section of the supermarket. Bagel and cream cheese. Frozen pizzas can be cheap. A piece of fruit. Eat tuna right out of the can. Scour the cupboards, you can be creative if you don't want fast food.

drink water. O(nly Modern people of this (and the last) century eat by their watch. If you eat when truly hungry you will be thinner. If not, peanut butter on wheat crusty bread, or a can of tuna(water, no oil) will give you protien Round it off with a bananna for potassium.

Try a tossed salad. You can buy a lot of greens for less money and have it for three days. Try a Salad dressing that is sooooo good called Raspberry vinagrette. Kraft makes one.

Protein because that keeps you feeling full the longest, and the least expensive of quality protein is eggs. Peanut butter is also a protein. A glass of milk is a protein. and I did say "qualtiy", not McDonalds 1/4 pounder.

a double cheese burger and a dollar fries from McDonalds.....or buy two chicken breast and make chicken salad and eat on bread or crackers it should last about 3 days.......
