I used to be a gymnast and so my arms and thighs got extremely muscley. And since I quit gymnastics I don't need all that muscle anymore. So, how do I make my arms and legs smaller?

Lots of cardio will bun off any excess fat, as well as tone the existing muscles. This will give the impression of slimmer arms and legs.

The best thing to use is the cross trainer.

Lower the intensity of your workouts and your muscles will eventually get smaller. Just like making your workouts more intense will make your muscles bigger. Your body will adapt to what is needed. for example if you are doing squats say 180lbs for 3 sets at 8 reps, then lower the weight load. Do 160lbs at 3 sets for 8 reps. Your body will eventually shed the muscle it doesn't need, just remember you will get weaker.

Could maybe deprive them of proper protein, and start burning muscle off b working out without weights. All though i don't see what the problem with muscle is, i'll take it off your hands

make small changes in your diet... take less water so that your muscles will waste away (this is not recommended)... also do more cardio and reduce weight lifting (try lifting less heavy weights for shortened duration)...
