The only way to do it and have a realistic chance is to embrace the belief that she is either in your league or below it. Once you put people on a pedestal, game over. Think of what your strong attributes are. If you need to delude yourself into arrogance, do it for this task.

If you have money, no girl is out of your league- (sorry, but ..)
OTHERWISE, you need to MAKE HER FEEL GOOD (instead of being intimidated by her beauty) AND just try to treat her/talk to her as a human being and not as some goddess "out of your league"...
Also, be confident (and maybe funny)
It may help if you pretend you two were the only people stranded together on an island. You wouldn't have time or reason to play games or be nervous....
Oh, and just be yourself (unless of course... :-/ (just make sure you wear deodorant and have nice breath)
whatever. GO FOR IT - but don't worry about what happens - trust me, in any case it will be a blast :->

How do you know shes out of your league until youve asked.... There is no such thing. You will be surprised on how many girls you think are out of your league but actually arent.... You must have some confidence!

I'm going to assume you mean she is out of your league by saying she is very good looking and you not so much??
Well to that I answer, ask her out straight forward. Show confidence most women like that, and believe it or not there are plenty of beautiful women out there who are not shallow and will go out with guys not because they are handsome but because they are nice guys. You will need to show off the good attributes of your personallity and win her over with charm.

NEVER let her know that you feel that she is out of your league. Be confident, but not over-bearing. Guys with low self esteem are a turn off.

step 1~Wait till all her friends are gone and go up to her,
step 2~there ask her how she's doing and the newz around your town, then ask what she likes to do, then Leave.
step 3~ If shes still not quite sure what your up to reapeat steps 1 and 2.
step 4~ When No friends are there or u can phone her, ask if you want to hang out, DONT SAY "wanna GO out." ask to HANG out a few times, and Then ask to GO out. U need to get familiar a bit before u Ask her out, if you rush it she'll think your creepy. Beleive me, I'm a girl.

Like professional sports you need to work your way up to the big leagues, it may take time & sacrifice but if thats what you want, that's what you'll have to do.

Just think about what you would like to do as far as a date with her is concerned, and then approach her and ask if she would be interested in doing such and such with you.

First of all no one is out of any ones league..ppl just hang out with different ppl it doesn't make them more important than anyone else. With that said just ask her like you would any other girl. Don't put her on a pedestal..she's just like you.
