Ramen soup with a boiled egg and some shredded cabbage (the hot water will cook it a little bit).
Luncheon salad -- some lettuce with extra veggies, cheese and meat (if you like it). Keep the dressing in a little, seperate bottle.
Croquettes -- take mashed potatoes and add some protein and veggies. I recently made them with tuna and corn. Dip in egg, then dip in Japanese bread crumbs (panko), then bake at 400 F/200 C for 15 to 30 minutes, until golden. (Use a greased tray.) Then you can warm up the leftovers in the microwave at lunch time. Great with some soy sauce on top!
Japanese rice balls or rolled sushi -- these are meant to last at room temperature, although you have to be very careful if your room temp is quite hot. Not good for a person on a low-sodium diet.
Yogurt and fruit with some whole wheat crackers (great for summer days when you aren't that hungry).

Side salads at Wendy's are $0.99 and are a good addition to a lunch...you could also get a baked potato for the same price. That's inexpensive yet filling.
If you're tired of sandwiches, but not the filling, try putting your sandwich items in a wrap instead! You can even add more things like alfalfa, hummus, sliced onions and cucumbers. Yum!
One thing I like to do - especially in the summer - is bring a fruit salad for lunch. I buy a bunch of melons, strawberries, grapes and whatnot, chop it at home (and store them individually!), and then mix it together when it's time to take it to work.
Good luck!

Leftovers from dinner the night before. Salads. As for drinks to prevent me from drinking way too much pop, I bought one of those sports bottles that they sell at Starbucks and I will keep it filled with ice cold water all day, but if I need something with flavor I keep a box of of those instant drinks like the green tea or something. I try to keep away from frozen meals because they are very high is sodium. Fresh fruit. Good Luck....

This is a favorite of mine and everyone I serve this to just loves it. It is a meal in itself.
2 lbs of green beans (fresh, canned, or frozen)
5 to 6 medium potatoes cubed
1 large onion, sliced
1 bell pepper diced (optional)
16 oz of beef broth, or chicken broth, or just water (2 cups)
1 lbs of smoked beef sausage, (sliced and the slices halved)
Place green beans and broth into a large pot. Add 1 cup of water. Cover pot and put on a medium-high flame. When the green beans comes to a boil, turn the flame on low. When the green beans are tender, add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the onions and smoked beef sausage. Cook until all vegetables are cooked and the sausage is heated through. Make sure to keep the top on the pot to keep in the vitamins.

Pasta is good. Also, just fixing a little more at dinner time and taking it the next day is good.
If you are fan of frozen meals and you have access to a microwave, you may want to get different varieties of frozen dinners. Even the cheapest brands have some that taste really good.

Although you may be tired of sandwiches, perhaps you should try fajita wraps......they add a different twist on a sandwich......you can also make meals on the weekend to take to work........anything you can eat at home can be brought to work to eat.....providing you have access to a fridge and a microwave.

if your not bad about quesadillas then
Make some ham and cheese quesadillas
How you make them:
Take two flour tortilla circle things and put one on the grill and put some shredded cheese and ham on the first one
then put on the second tortilla
when it starts getting warm turn it over and then you wait for that side to get warm
Then you have ham and cheese quessidillas
Hope i helped!!
And when you get to work if they are cold then just heat them up in a microwave or something that they have there
