no one is going to be able to be able to give u an accurate answer unless you tell us how tall u are, but i really think 90 pounds is really OK for your age. at your age i don't think u should go on a diet or anything cause 90 pounds isn't really that much, just go do some physical activities like playing basketball, soccer, or football. the best way to loose weight is by working out the larger muscles in your body, so do a small strenght training program. work out your triceps, pecks, quads, hamstrings. by doing this you will make your metabolism faster and over time loose weight. also do some cardio it sheds off the unwanted fat, and it might give you a six pack if u have a good diet.
heres a website with easy, and ver effective excersices for u to do

There is nothing wrong with weighing 90 lbs at 11. Depends on your height, and BMX (body mass). Do the pinch test and if you can pinch an inch of fat you need to get leaner.
You can help by getting exercise and eatting better.
Stay away from soda and fast food. Eat at home more.
Dont worry too much about weight at 11 as once you turn 13 you will get taller and more muscles. It will happen naturally.
The main thing is that you eat well and good food. Lots of fruits and veggies and protein and carbs.
Stay away from anything fried.

You're in the right weight range unless you are really small... Talk to your doctor. My brother is the same way except he just turned 12 on the 1st and weighed in at 108 lbs. on the scale. You're normal, I'm sure. Don't worry about losing weight this early in your life anyway. (The only thing that would change this is if you had lots of muscle (muscle weighs more than fat) on you and that is how my lil' bro is.)

dude, you have no idea. I'm 11 also and i weigh about 130. but its mainly because I am tall and i work out a lot so i gain a bunch of muscle.
my answer is, no you are not over weight. 90 is a perfect weight for an eleven year old kid. but it might be good for you to do some stretches, push-ups, sit-ups, etc, every day for about 30 min. to keep you healthy.

no, u don't weigh 2 much. as long as u r active and don't sit on the couch all day eating chips. plus, kids need 2 gain weight so they gro right. still, if u still think ur over-weight just do some fun sports like soccer and baseball! if people make fun of u for being 90 pounds just tell them 2 frickin shutup!

That depends on your height as well. If you are very tall, you need certain weight.
In case you really wish to lose weight, exercise is always the best way, together with balanced and healthy diet. For exerciese I would suggest running or swimming. Well there's a lot of choice oout there, just choose what you like.~ ^^

thats is definitely normal.
i know for a fact because when i was 11 i went to my doctors and she weighed me. i was 60 pounds! she said if i dont gain some weight it could be life threatening. diets arent for young kids like you. most of the time when kids and teenagers start diets, they are most likely to develop into eating disorders. if u feel like u would like to maybe lose a couple pounds AND build muscle i would try working out (lifting weights) and mayeb running a bit occasionally. but dont go on a diet.

Don't worry so much about the scales. Eat healthy foods and exercise. If you are concerned that you are too heavy, talk to your doctor at your next physical. Besides your height and weight, they can measure your percent body fat, and talk to you in detail about what you are eating and how much exercise you are getting.

At your age, I would say that instead of trying to LOSE the weight, you should MAINTAIN it and grow into it. At your age, you will be going into a growth spurt that could change you into a tall string bean if you lose weight.
So stay active, hydrate and eat right and good luck.
