Some churches encourage their members to spread the word of God. If you chose do so there is no quick answer. You need to spend time with this teenager and expose him/her to religion.
Personally, I believe in God but I respect the opinion of those who do not believe.

I suppose that you feel that you must be a missionary so far as spreading the word of the god in which you believe. Those of us who are nontheists or agnostics really do not appreciate theists'/Christians' endeavors to convert us to their ways of thinking. As an agnostic, I might imagine that I have discovered answers which make sense to me in regard to a philosophy of life, but I would certainly not attempt to inflict my ideas on others nor try to convince them that I had in my possession the Key to the Truth. Everyone has the innate right to think for him/herself, to reach conclusions regarding the existence or nonexistence of a deity. If you believe that you are correct in your beliefs, then by all means do pray if you find consolation in that, but allow the nonbeliever to find her own way so far as religion is concerned. Do not pressure her to believe as you do.

A good place to start is just with general conversation inquiring why it is that they don't believe.
What is the rationalization, evidence they have, etc and then share your own evedence and testimony as to why you DO believe in God.
Make sure that you actually know yourself why it is you believe. Too many people never really bother to understand all of the reasons for themselves..

For goodness sake, don't bother her. Why do you care?! Just leave her alone, she's happy the way she is. Jeez, that's one of the main things that turns me off about Christianity.. the constant witnessing. I'd have more respect for the religion if it wasn't for the badgering. I have zero problems with Jewish people, for example because I'm not being recruited by them!!
BTW, I used to be a Christian. I have very little respect for the religion anymore.

It's as simple as the Golden Rule. Do you believe in religious freedom? If you do, then accept that not everyone believes the same things and don't try to force your beliefs on others. Share your thoughts openly, but recognize that not everyone has to believe as you do. Would you want someone else trying to coerce you into believing as they do?

First of all who is your God? You must not be ashamed to say his name. Even the Devil believes. You don't want her just to believe. Anyone can believe. You need to give her a reason to need God. The Ten Commandments were given to us to point out our need for a Savior. His name is "Jesus". Not one of us can live without sin. You need to lead through example and love. Ask God to soften her heart. It is only your job to plant the seed. Someone else MAY water it and then yet someone else may reap what you sow. Evita

It's not your place to "get her to believe in my God".. she has her own beliefs and she is entitled to those just as you are to yours.
I do not believe in the chrisitan deity, nor any other, but I accept you have your beliefs and wouldn't try to change that. We are individuals first and foremost and as such we each have the right not to be pressured by someone else to believe something else.

The thing you should do is stop and think why you don't believe in gods that are not yours. Are your reasons for not believing in those gods valid? If so, why is her reason for not believing in your god not valid?
If the only reasons you can come up with are your feelings, ask yourself why she should trust your feelings more than her own?

You don't believe in lots of other gods, should their believers come and convert you?

Why should someone believe in your god when you don't offer sufficient evidence? They might as well pass you up and go for the next religious nut thats in line
