I never sleep in my bra, when I was a teen my mom told me it would stunt the growth. In fact I do not wear on unless I am leaving the house or expecting company.

Most girls dont...I did when I was younger just because I was uncomfortable with the whole boob thing. But sleeping with a bra on in nothing but uncomfortable.

some people need thee support so they wear bras while they sleeping so they chest won't be over the place
but if some people don't wear bras their chest would be hitting th floor

Your not really suppose to unless your pregnant. Because when your pregnant it will give you better support, so they will not sag later on!

It depends which bra. It has to be comfortable. And can not be strapless.
