The problem with this question is there are two answers depending on what your views are. If you believe everything in the Bible, the answer is He has done everything we see. Even given humans the ability to cure other humans and build great structures. The other answer is nothing because you don't believe anything you've read in the Bible (if you read the Bible).
I guess there's another answer. I would say that the belief in God is what has kept people from killing others and keeps society in order.

I wonder at the mentality of a miser, fearing poverty he takes to stinginess and thus hastily pushes himself head- long into a state of want and destitution, he madly desires plenty and ease, but throws it away without understand- ing. In this world he, of his own free will, leads the life of a a beggar and in the next world he will have to submit an account like the rich.
I wonder at the arrogance of a haughty and vain person. Yesterday he was only a drop of semen and tomorrow he will turn into a corpse. I wonder at the man who observes the Universe created by God and doubts His Being and Existence. I wonder at the man who sees people dying around him and yet he has forgotten his end. I wonder at the man who understands the marvel of genesis of creation and refuses to accept that he will be brought back to life again. I wonder at the man who takes great pains to decorate and to make comfortable this mortal habitat and totally forgets his permanent abode.

Count your blessings...all the good in your life. I guarantee your list will be extremely long. Even if you are a negative person that can only look at the bad things in life there is so much good that God has done for you: You're alive and hopefully healthy, you eat, family, friends...start with the simple stuff and work big.

Most of all god or something endowed me endoewd .
with sense of beauty , so I can enjoy the nature.
The pleasures which my senses give to me make me thank for him ,
how glorious and wonderful!!!
The evolution theory cant explain this kind of gratitude ,
The complexity of our body and soul cant be explained by so called " scientific theory"
How boring it is when the theory tells we were evolved that way " thats all?"
How ptiful it is when atheists or evolutionists worship the theory.
I am not christian , but there s something supreme and devine , the mystery of being.
So I can live this temporary life with gratitude, cuz he or something gave me the chance to exist and enjoy..

What has he done for us?!
He's done much more than any person can say.
He woke you up this morning. He made it possible for you to be alive and he gave you the energy to turn on your computer and ask this question. He gave air to breathe, food to eat, and much more. He sent his son Jesus to die for us and he didn't have to do that! If it wasn't for his love, tyou would be dead and you wouldn't be able to ask this question!

Life, breath, the mind you think you use so wisely. He has given you this world to enjoy. He has also given you the chance to choose eternal life by coming to faith in His Son Jesus. If you so choose you will be given much, much more but you must have faith.

Actually, you are a dream of mine, I fell asleep and had this colossal adventure. I dreamed that I was you in your particular life story, and that I was not God at all. It was great, because when I woke up, I was Me again and it was a big relief.
