depends on the venue/type of wedding. I think a suit looks best, but trousers and shirt are good too.

Never never never never wear jeans and a t-shirt...it's a wedding for god's sake!!

How formal is the wedding. If it's black tie then dinner jacket. If informal then smart casual.

A suit, shirt and tie and nice shoes

unless it says "Black Tie" on the invite, then a DJ is required.

My fiance and I went to one on Sat and he wore some jeans, shoes and a shirt. Whatever he feels good in as long as he does not look to scruffy.
