I am a 23 yr. old male and i've never had a serious relationship. some of my friends say im a womanizer and that has been messing with my head ever since. im not in college anymore and have no prospective relationships in the future. ive been the single guy for most of the last 10 yrs. but i dont have any problems around the opposite sex. am i doomed to be single or just worrying over nothing ? my last relationship was a huge mess by the way, mostly my fault.

Uhhh - I would say maybe you should give up the one-nighters for awhile and actually try working at a relationship with someone you care about. So you could start by actually trying to get to know someone before you sleep with them. Try it for awhile and see where it takes you. One night stands are OK - but are incredibly unfulfilling in the long run and you are probably hurting a lot of people along the way.
Which includes yourself.
You owe it to yourself to let your guard down and take a chance on something real. You are taking the easy route and the cowardly way out here... a relationship may not be for you at this point in your life, but you could actually try dating and meeting women on a different level than what you are currently doing and will probably find that the benefits out weigh the faults... just try and see. I don't think age has much to do with your question really.

For me, it was 25 or 26. I'm 32 now. I've grown tired of it. It's dull. I would much rather pursue a long term relationship than a one night stand. I've never had a serious relationship either, but I'm hopeful. However, you can do what you will for as long as you want. If you are 93 and still having one night stands, well I guess that's fine for you.

well maybe you should slow down and try to find a nice girl to date...not a slutty girl who just wants some for the night. slow down and try it out for a while. it may be rough in the beginning, but it'll smooth over after a while and you'll get a hold of the whole dating scene, instead of the whjole onenight stand scene..if you do that, u wont be single for long, especailly if your goodlooking and pretty good with the ladies

It depends how old you are when you get married, because that's when you stop. By the way keep your chin up. You won't have any problem finding a woman, its just takes a while to find the right one!

Well, when you stop looking for one night stands then you may see the chance to have a real relationship... I don't think one night stands are a good thing anyway...
