I can say that you really need to understand how smart women are. They can make you take your pants off and you will do it as you might think that they will appreciate this gesture, but the fact is that they are just playing with you and making fun of you.
You may be under this wrong impression that girls are getting impressed by your way of talking and other jokes that you crack, but they are not impressed, they are smiling because they do not want you to feel bad about yourself. unfortunately all this while no one told you that you are not up to the mark I know reading this reply of mine will hurt you, but you should understand that the problem lies in you and you must work on it. Do not consider me your enemy, I am your teacher and a friend.
This is what I will recommend you:
Do your job well, concentrate on your work and enhance your friend circle. Improve your personality. Mind your own business. Talk less, Do not be freely available. Let people find it difficult to approach you but do not be rude. Be disciplined. And you will see a change in you. Eventually you will find some women getting drawn to you and you can make your pick.

Y0u might be a manager or some one who has official influence and that is why every girl you flirt , you think ,that they are loving you, it is not your personality, but your position makes them do so. think twice before you go for marriage,
as you might have so many girl friend, they might have surely more boy friend, can you digest.

Take her out on a date outside of work. Make sure that you don't try to talk about your jobs. Try to find out more about her outside of her job life. Outside of texting. Get to know her and try asking her out.
